Provider Bio

I enjoy working with individuals in a wide variety of areas including depression, anxiety, parenting, and communication skills. Of particular interest to me is supporting individuals who struggle with a hurtful or abusive past and helping them with the pain that can negatively impact the present. I welcome the opportunity to incorporate a person’s faith into his or her counseling, and see this as a beneficial component in therapy.

I am a “country girl,” and live in my rural home with my husband and children. As a mom of four, I am adjusting to my children leaving the nest. A life-long love of mine is horseback riding and soaking in the beauty of God’s creation. I have a passion for life, to grow and learn from trials and drink deeply of the joy of good times, to never stay stagnant, and to mature in my faith.
